Documents are scanned and provided to the client in digital format in a predefined format through an online file management system or secured peripheral storage sources.

TLScontact offers a formalized quality control service to review an entire document file for compliance with client standards. Quality control associates verify the status of the document file against both client’s requirements and the TLSconnect© software management system record completed by the documentation associate when receiving the file. Any mistakes found are immediately remedied. The error is also flagged to the documentation associate and their supervisor to reinforce training requirements. Quality control may be undertaken on a sampling basis and right up to 100% control.
