TLScontact does not and never will sell, commercialize, nor send applicant information to third parties. TLScontact observes all client and legal regulations, and ensures the strictest confidentiality of all data managed in our premises and on our servers.
Servers and Data Security
Our servers are installed in high-security datacenters by our own IT team in accordance with the latest safety recommendations. Datacenters are secure 24/7 and access is restricted to the IT director and his deputy. All data transfers are entirely encrypted. In addition, server configuration and safety procedures are periodically assessed by external auditors.
History Records
Access to our Intranet, database, and other resources, is authenticated and monitored, ensuring that users only have viewing and editing rights in accordance with their experience and capabilities. Automatic alerts are triggered if anomalies are found.
