ISO/IEC 27001: 2005 Certification

TLScontact retains an unparalleled breadth and depth of information security measures in the face-to-face contact center industry. Committed to protecting confidential information and Personal Identifiable Information (PII), TLScontact has implemented a full scale Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the highest international security requirements.

TLScontact holds a global ISO/ IEC 27001: 2005 certification and has been regularly recertified by the British Standard Institute (BSI). The scope of this certification includes face-to-face contact centers, business support functions and data centers worldwide.

TLScontact complies with Teleperformance Information Security Standards (TISS) as part of the ISMS. TISS consists of 16 policies, 91 procedures and 249 controls that are implemented and periodically reviewed to ensure the consistency of the overall ISMS. These procedures and controls include measures meeting PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and US HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and all applicable local data protection legislation, such as EU Directive, UK Data Protection Act, French Data Protection Act and the German Federal Data Protection Act.

In addition, weekly, monthly and quarterly checklists are conducted in each center. To control the compliance with security requirements, TLScontact IT and security teams have developed off-site monitoring tools and perform regular schedule on-site internal audits. All evidence collected for each audit is recorded, reported and uploaded into an internal Group portal specifically developed for the purpose of monitoring the compliance with the different applicable security standards.
