TLScontact is awarded with Visa Outsourcing Contract for Denmark in Middle East and North Africa

Denmark, Copenhagen – 21 June 2013

TLScontact, the European leader in outsourced face-to-face contact center solutions, is pleased to announce that is has been awarded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark with the Visa Outsourcing in Middle East and North African region.

This award is the result of TLScontact’s participation in the global tender issued by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the “Outsourcing of receipt of applications for visa and residence/work permits, including recording of biometric data, registration of application data and scanning of supplementary documentation”.

TLScontact has been successful in this highly competitive and complex tendering process and has been selected as the visa center operator in the Middle East and North Africa region. TLScontact is now the sole visa outsourcing partner of Denmark in that region.

The first centers for Denmark are planned to be opened in Cairo, Egypt and Beirut, Lebanon on first of July 2013.
